Hidden
around New Mills and surrounding area are smaller versions of ‘Fragmented’
ribbons.
Like the
ribbons here each one has a photograph of a something rescued from the river
and a message from the artist.
If you find
one of these please take it and keep it, find a place to tie it and let us
